Our Emerging Leaders Council (ELC) is more than just a volunteer group. These dedicated individuals are amplifying our community impact by supporting youth programs, collaborating with our Board, and raising awareness about our organization. With a real passion for soccer and a commitment to helping kids in their communities, ELC members know firsthand what soccer can do for people.
